4. No Smoking & No Parties: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside, and events/parties are not allowed. 🚭
5. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors’ peace (11:00 PM – 08:00 AM / 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
