📜 CHECK-IN AND HOUSE RULES (Transparency and Respect)
Check-in: From 15:00 to 20:00. Automated Self Check-in is always available to guarantee you total freedom of time upon your arrival (even after 20:00). In-person evening assistance, if requested, costs €25. Note: A photo of the utility meters is required upon entry.
Check-out: By 10:30.
Security Deposit (€200): We ask for this sum as a guarantee for the house, to be paid conveniently via bank transfer before arrival. Don't worry: it will be refunded to you (always via bank transfer) within 7 days of your check-out! This small timeframe simply allows us to do a thorough check of the apartment at the end of the stay, to ensure everything is perfect for the next guests, just as we prepared it for you. 😊
Energy (Responsible Tourism): We promote energy saving. Consumption is included up to €1.70/day; the excess will be calculated transparently via the meter reading.
Waste: Waste sorting is mandatory following the provided calendar (penalties from €30 to €100 in case of non-compliance).
Kitchen: We ask you to leave the stove and dishes clean at the end of your stay (otherwise a supplement of €20-€50 will be applied).
House Rules: Smoking inside and organizing parties are strictly forbidden. Respect for quiet hours is required (23:00–08:00 / 14:00–17:00). Only officially registered guests are allowed.
